The cost of the translation is based on the length, complexity and format of the text. SMARTLATION is all about YOUR FREEDOM to choose the translator that fits you need. When you run a search on SMARTLATION, you get a list of translators most fitting your preferences including final quotes and delivery date. You will notice the prices vary from vendor to vendor based on each vendors pricing plan.
If you do not see your desired budget in one of those results,You can now refine your search by clicking the “Search by Price” button. The system will provide a new list based on the advanced search you just performed and you can find the price you think is reasonable for the job at hand.
PLEASE NOTE: One thing might come at the expense of another, so a low price might reflect on the quality, speed or other parameters.

Delivery date depends on the length of the document. Mostly, average delivery time is 1 day for about 500 words, 2 days for 1000 to 2000 words.  But if you need a date of your own choice, just contact us and we will line up the translators who can deliver on the due date or early, For early delivery of big orders, we can divide the task amongst multiple translators and get it proofread from one of our most experienced translators to deliver our best quality on your desired time.

PayPal, Payoneer, bank transfer and credit cards like Visa, American Express or Master card etc. are the secure processes.

We have qualified native language translators that have more than 10 years of experience. After you see the translation, then you will pay for it. So, we have taken every step to make your information confidential.

When you upload your document for translation and give specifications regarding the language pair, specialization fields etc, a list of translators appears matching the language pair and skills with their Scoring, quote and due date. Not Necessary, Translations pricing is correlated to location the translator is working from and as such translations from cheaper economies can cost less. In the past 2 years, Smartlation has developed a unique algorithm (patented) that scans the translator database to find and recommend the best translators for the job based on multiple parameters such as languages, history, skill, professions, availability and numerous more. We advise you to choose more than one translator just to be sure that if one does not accept the task the other equally competent would be available for the job.

We usually wait for the translators for a couple of hours to accept the order, but if they do not reply in 4 hours maximam, the customer services department performs the below mentioned tasks
1. Call the linguist to ask if they are available and have any issue in accepting the job offer.
2. If they are not available, offer the task to other translators with high ratings.
3. Get the task done in due time and budget from the translators of their own choice.

We aim for transparency in our business, and this applies to translation cost as well as to other areas of our work. Your translation price will be confirmed during your initial processing of the order. We charge our customers only when a translator of your choice confirms the offer. Payment will be processed by the User prior to commencing the translation process. Missing or incomplete payment will cause a delay in starting and therefore a delay in delivering the completed translation.

Our goal is to provide service of exceptional quality at a great value. We allow the customer to cancel the order on the same day or rejects the order after its completion and submission. Any cancellation request after an order processed must be submitted to the following email address: info@smartlation.com / admin@smartlation.com.
– If the translator has not yet started the translation a full cancellation and refund will be granted.
– If the translation is already in the process, it will be stopped at the earliest opportunity. The client will only be charged for the part of the translation that has been completed.
If you are not satisfied with the provided translation delivered, you can deny the translation and we get it checked by our experts for quality and deliver you with revised translation. In worst scenario, you can get a full refund as per our policy.
